Shipping and Returns

At Blendfit, we strive to provide a fast and efficient delivery service to our valued customers. If you place your order before 9:30 PM and provide complete customer details, we ensure that your products will be delivered to you the next day. Our dedicated team works hard to get your Blendfit products into your hands as quickly as possible, allowing you to enjoy a healthy and active lifestyle.

Our goal is the complete satisfaction of all our customers. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer the option to return it within 14 days from the order date for a full refund. To initiate a return, kindly send us an email at info@blendfit.nl with your reason for return and your order number.

Our standard return policy is applicable for 14 days from the purchase date. After this period, we are generally unable to process a refund.

For warranty claims, we first assess the complaint. If the warranty is applicable, we explore suitable solutions, such as product repair or replacement. Please note that this process typically takes 4 to 10 days.

Refunds

We kindly request you to return the product in its original condition and packaging. If this is not the case, we reserve the right to reject the return request and, consequently, the refund.
After receiving your return, we will send you an email to confirm receipt and inform you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, the amount will be automatically credited to your credit card or the original payment method.

Delayed and/or Missing Payments

It may take some time for the refund to be officially processed. If you haven’t received the refund within 2 weeks, please contact us at info@blendfit.nl.
